Lincer cookie

Lincer or Linzer cookie is a traditional dry cookie, tea bun, or Christmas holiday cookie.

Ingredients:


    • 300g of smooth flour
    • 100g ground walnuts or almonds (half a half)
    • 120g powdered sugar
    • 200g putra
    • 2 yellow
    • 1/4 MZ salt
    • 2 vanilla vanilla (or vanilla sugar package)
    • 100-150 g of raspberry or currant marmalades
    • powdered powdered sugar
    • 1 VŽ rum or raspberry liqueur *

    Pastry cookie dough preparation
    Here is a double ingredient.
    Leave the course warm to soften, do not heat it up to dissolve. The path should not be liquid than soft because otherwise the dough for liner cookies does not succeed.
    Add flour, yellow pepper, powdered sugar, ground nuts, salt and scratchy ground to two plantains of vanilla or vanilla sugar.
    Mix everything with your hands in a compact dough, and leave for 2 hours in cold.
    Then place the dough on the cookie liner and then divide it into chunks.
    Place the pieces of dough on cookies between two pieces of nylon (can be from a freezer bag, avoid the PVC foil because it is thin enough to hunt it) and wipe it to 3-4 mm thick.
    You can swipe the dough and put it back in cold.

    With a suitable tool, for example, a cup with your throat swelled to cut the flour from the dough circles.
    Drill the hole in the middle of the circles up to 20% of the outer diameter. You can do this with sewing thread.
    Here to note that the original lincer cookies have 3 smaller holes, they look like a button. If you want the original look of a lincer cookie, drill the holes so that three holes form a triangle inside the circle. Drank the dough that you cut by using the cutter and use it again.

    * If you are cooking marmalade with raspberries, you can also mix 1 VŽ rum or raspberry liqueur, but this is not mandatory. If the raspberry jam is sufficiently liquid enough, it is not necessary.
    Place circles with a hole in the circles with marmalade and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
