Eggplant purees and projections

Wheat, oats and millet flour, eggplant and spicy chicken. I like when I have different tastes in one meal, one is creamy and neutral, the other is hot and along with it soft flakes, gluten-free. I first ate the eggplant in one restaurant in Istanbul, I immediately liked it. I like to prepare it as a supplement with some spicy meat. Leave the roasted eggplant to cool, peel it and throw it with a stick mixer. Add eggplant or finely chopped onions, sour cream and so on from the eggplant. Dose to taste. Leave aside.

      1 tablespoon of salt
      2 tablespoons of cream
      2 spoons of fresh cheese
      half a bag of powder for biscuits
      ♦ Put the oat flakes and millet into the blender and sprinkle in fine flour. Mix with corn flour, add all the ingredients and mix it to mix it all together. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes for a little bit to thicken.

      You can bake this mixture in various ways, you can shake everything in the carpet, bake in oven, and then cut into pieces.

      You can bake on a pan as clippings or pancakes. You can put them in mafia modules as I have today. This is a pretty big mixture. You get 24 projects. If you do not want to do so, reduce the amount. Or if you are boiling in the carpet, then take the biggest dish you have.

      ♦ Bake in oven heated at 220 ° C for 15 minutes.

      ♦ Cut the chicken into cubes, add all the ingredients to it except for butter, bake on a heated pan, into which you poured a little oil for 7 to 8 minutes, shake the pan often to bake from all sides. Take the roasted chicken out of the pan and pour over the mashed potatoes. Add a butter in the pan in which the chicken is cooked and stir until the butter is melted.
